Returning products

As a consumer, you can return unused items within 14 days, provided they are in their original, undamaged packaging.

Cooling-off period: The 14 days start the day after receiving the product.
Return costs: The costs for return shipping are not reimbursed.

How does returning work?

Fill out the form below to register your return in advance.
Receive instructions
After registration, you will receive further instructions on returning by email.

Stating a reason is not mandatory, but we would appreciate it if you shared one. This way, we can continue to improve our service!

Request your return directly

Register a return for existing customers:

Log in to your account:
1. Enter your email address in the email field and click Continue.
2. Open the email sent by our webshop in your email account and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Return to the online store and then enter a six-digit verification code.
Click on the order for which you want to submit the return.
If your order contains multiple items, select the items you want to return.
Select a reason for the return and add a comment for the store.
Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and shipping is required, you will receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product has been returned, you will receive a refund.
